Brief about RRB
Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) comes into existence on April 1982. On the time of setup it started its working in the independent office building. And this building was situated at No.18, Millers Road, Bangalore Cantt. – 560046.
Objectives of RRB
Indian railway comes in ethe category one of the biggest company in world with various divisions in India. The big network creates big problem of man power. So, Government decided to created a centralized board which will conduct various works including centralized recruitment all over the India. Important Dates
- Closing date for Applications submission: 11.06.2012 up to 17.30Hrs.

Age Limit:- Standrad age of candidate must be between 18 to 33 as on 01/07/2012. And for SC/ST candidates there is relif of 5 years and for OBC candidates the relif of 3 years applied.
Examination fee:
RRB has exempted examination fee for some categories including SC/ST/Physically Handicapped /Women/ Ex-Servicemen /Minorities /Economically Backward classes candidates having annual family income less than Rs. 50,000/- For all other categories the examination fee us Rs, 60/- for each applications.
